SEO Automatic Is A Great Tool
When someone hires me as an SEO Consultant, the first thing I do is take a good long look at their site coding including navigation and HTML elements used. This can be a time consuming process especially when I am preparing bids for different projects. SEO Automatic is a huge time saver!
I have always liked Scott Hendison and his contributions to the SEO community. He has been a successful SEO Consultant for some time now and is well proven in the SEO field. He recently released one of my favorite SEO Consultant Tools available which gives you instant feedback on some of the basics of search engine optimization.
The tool analyzes many of the things I initially look at when I am diagnosing the SEO woes of a new site. He has a free version to test it out. Even if you do not agree with all of his interpretation, it can save you tons of time looking directly at the code:

Of course no automated tool should replace good old fashion research and analysis, but he does a good job of pointing out that even though the site may have passed the automatic tools validation, the elements still may not be used correctly.

Seems a really useful tool for an expert seo who wants to save some time but also for a newbie that has to learn the basis of this science.

Thanks for the overview. I come from that generation that still hardcodes HTML and Cold Fusion. It helps me visualize the GUI of the page and I like to keep tags simplified as much as possible. I hear that sometimes extraneous tags could impact the effectiveness of SEC implementation.

Nice thing for newbies I think..But for more detailed info, I would rather use SenSEO. It gives you all info what you have to know (keyword density, components on the page (h1,h2,h3…), and some kind of Grade for the keywords)…Very usefull, check it out!
P.s. I have just found, that you have more categories on this website, wtf was I looking before

Scott Hendison is an authority when it comes to SEO and Internet Marketing. I am regular visitor of his website and an ardent reader of his posts. But, honestly I havent got a chance to work with him directly or use any of his services. But my friends keep saying the good things about his services. SEO Automatic comes handy when you prepare yourself for the the initial call with clients, where you can just highlight the nitty gritty, because the tool pops ups all vital needs of the on page SEO.
